Tooling geometry and manufacturing records

Five STEP exports supplied for the portfolio on October 13, 2026.
All five files retain the exact supplied bytes: their author/organization
fields are blank and no identifying workstation paths were found. Generic
software labels, export timestamps and component names are retained.
All five imported in Gmsh 4.15.2/OpenCASCADE with the expected solid counts.
This is an independent STEP import check; it is not a SolidWorks/Fusion
application-specific certification or a ready-to-run CAM program.

Three female airfoil tools supported main-element top/bottom shells and the
secondary elements. The secondary mold export contains three separate solid
sections, consistent with the VF1 machining/joining process. Top/bottom labels
follow the supplied filenames; inherited internal component names may differ.
The diffuser exports are separate front/rear tooling sections. CAD material
attributes are export defaults; the physical molds were laminated MDF.

The team used near-full vacuum during shell layup against the supporting
molds, then lower vacuum when bonding cured halves around the structure.
Numerical gauge reading and units remain unconfirmed. The 12-to-8-hour
machining comparison applies to mirrored diffuser sections, not all airfoil
tools. The proposed diffuser/undertray was never validated or installed.

STEP contains geometry for inspection and measurements. Feature history,
Fusion machining setups, toolpaths and executable machine code are not
included. The project page supplies photographs, CAM views, a CAM simulation
and actual machining clips as visual manufacturing evidence. Originals
were not edited.
